Mr. Fulkerson is the managing partner of Fulkerson & Fulkerson, P.C., and has been practicing in Oklahoma City for over 20 years. Mr. Fulkerson has experience in many specialized areas of law, including general litigation, business and commercial transactions, real estate transactions, including condemnation, and environmental law. Mr. Fulkerson is a graduate of the University of Oklahoma and served three years as a law clerk for Justice Ralph Hodges of the Supreme Court of Oklahoma. Mr. Fulkerson is very civically active and currently sits on the Board of Directors at Integris Southwest Medical Center where he was past Chairman of the Board and on the Board for Peaceful Family Solutions. Mr. Fulkerson was recognized for his legal ability in the Best Lawyers (2014 Edition).

In practice, the firm has provided legal services to numerous business owners and individuals in the Oklahoma City area. In addition, to his legal practice Mr. Fulkerson has owned businesses outside the law practice and has individually developed many commercial and residential properties.

Mr. Fulkerson is a lifelong resident of Oklahoma City and is extremely active in the County Bar Association, OBA, Environmental Law and Real Estate sections, and serves on many local charities and community boards.
